Satu Kaikkonen is one of Finland’s leading visual and conceptual poets. At the recent Text Festival in Bury, UK, she performed as a ‘duet’ with Karri Kokko for the first time to create a collage of sounds made up of classic and original Finnish poetry, to present and articulate the universalities & particularities of a mother tongue that only the Finns speak.
